Delete your account and data

Submit your request online

1. Open your free or Premium account below.
2. Sign in with the email address linked to your account and the code sent to that address.
3. In your profile, choose “Delete my account and data” and confirm.

Confirmation starts deletion. If you can no longer access that email address, contact wooly@magicalchart.com, preferably from the address linked to your account. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership.

Data deleted and limited retention

Deletion removes your profile, synced readings and history, account progress, and Wooly’s memory. A minimal technical record linked to your email address and deletion date may be kept for up to 100 days to prevent old sessions from restoring the account. Invoices and accounting records that we are legally required to keep remain archived.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately in your billing settings to stop future renewals. Read our privacy policy for details.
