Personality

Sevens bring the party — and they mean it. There is a genuine delight in them, a hunger for experience and possibility that makes life feel lighter when they're around. They see options where others see walls. They turn difficulties into adventures, at least for a while.

The shadow is avoidance. Sevens keep moving because stillness brings pain to the surface. The brilliant reframing, the constant planning, the pivot to the next exciting thing — all of it can be a strategy to outrun grief, discomfort, or the quiet voice that says: "What are you running from?"

At their best, healthy Sevens have the courage to be present with the full spectrum of experience — including the hard parts. Joy rooted in reality is far deeper than joy as escape.

In relationships

In love, Sevens are fun, generous, and full of ideas. The challenge is commitment — staying when the novelty fades, being present in the ordinary, choosing depth over breadth.

Wooly says
