Annual: $79.99 / year (incl. tax), billed once a year (no free trial), renewing annually until cancelled.

Some products are one-time purchases (personalised written/PDF readings) priced individually, from $4.99. They are digital goods delivered instantly; the instant-delivery, withdrawal-waiver and no-refund terms below apply to them in the same way as to the subscription.
Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
By clicking purchase you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted.
Given the instant access to the digital service, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law. You can cancel anytime to stop future payments. Contact wooly@magicalchart.com for disputes.

Your readings, mood check-ins, journal and preferences are stored locally on your device only — never transmitted, shared or sold. When you ask Wooly to respond, only the text needed for that reply is sent to our reading service to generate the message; it is not stored.
When you buy a one-time report (e.g. your future, love, year-ahead or Destiny Matrix reading) or a Premium account, we process the details you enter — your first name, birth date and email — to generate and deliver your reading. Payment and your email are handled by Stripe; a record of your order (product, email, first name, birth date and amount paid) is stored securely in our database so that we can deliver your reading, provide customer support, and check that your reading was generated correctly. This data is used only for these purposes, is never sold, and you can ask us to access or delete it at any time at wooly@magicalchart.com.
Processed by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your payment details (their privacy policy).
To understand how the site is used and improve it, we rely on Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) through cookies. These tools are loaded only with your consent, the data is never sold, and you can decline at any time. This is separate from your personal readings and journal, which stay on your device.
