The stone of passion and vitality.
Deep red like a pomegranate, garnet is the stone of passion and life force. It’s said to revive desire, restore energy and courage, and to ground that flame so it lasts rather than burns out.
It’s fire, but held fire: passion that doesn’t consume itself.
Its name comes from the Latin granatum, “pomegranate”, for its clustered red crystals. Worn as a talisman by ancient travellers and soldiers, it symbolised a safe return.

Cleanse it under running water for a few minutes or with smoke (sage, palo santo), then recharge it overnight under the full moon or on a quartz cluster.
"A crystal doesn't do the work for you — it reminds you, in the palm of your hand, of what you've chosen to listen to. 🐑"
