Our draw system
Wooly uses a structured tarot draw: a full 78 card deck, random card selection, an upright or reversed orientation, and a defined position in the chosen spread. For the free three card reading, those positions are Past, Present and Future. The cards are not calculated from your birth data, and Wooly does not claim that a random draw proves what will happen.
Tarot, astrology and real calculations
Tarot and astrology are two different systems on Magical Chart. A tarot draw selects cards from a deck and gives them meaning through the question and the spread. An astrology reading starts from birth date, time and place, then calculates the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets for that moment.
Magical Chart does not ask an AI to invent those astrological positions. Our own astrology engine calculates the data, and Wooly interprets what has already been calculated. Read the technical and philosophical details in our approach to astrology and AI.
